Win a Discovery - Terms & Conditions
Entry
To enter, eligible Entrants must scan a QR Code located at the booth and fill in a form, providing a compelling reason as to why they need a Discovery.
The Entrant will supply details of an eligible Project which could be a technology problem, or concept for a project that can be solved with custom software that could be developed by an organisation like Patient Zero. Entrants may be asked by Patient Zero to clarify aspects of their submission after submitting their entry.
Entrants are the individual representatives, who are applying on behalf of a Company they are associated with.
Only one entry per person will be permitted.
Prize
The prize is a free Discovery, value capped at the limit defined. A Discovery is a technical and functional scoping exercise related to the Project. This involves Patient Zero staff and the Entrants Company's nominated key stakeholders engaging in a series of meetings to clarify the scope and architecture of a genuine Project that will add value to the Company.
Patient Zero will document the outcome of the meetings into a Discovery Report, alongside estimates for delivering this Project. The Discovery is intended to help the Company in budget processes, to align your stakeholders on a Project, and to get familiar with how Patient Zero can help your Company.
The number of Discoveries are defined above, along side their individual maximum value (exc. GST). The ultimate value of the Discovery exercise is determined by Patient Zero. If Patient Zero determines the Discovery value, for the Project, is less than the maximum value, you agree to forfeit the remainder, no credit notes or cash are redeemable in lieu. Should the Project or problem you define be large and complex in nature, we may need to limit the Discovery in some fashion, to stay within this cap, we will discuss this with the Company's nominated representatives should it occur.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
Entries will be judged by a panel of Patient Zero representatives to determine a shortlist.
The Criteria for entry includes:
- The Project is something that would add genuine value to the Company.
- The Company can reasonably afford to deliver the Project (even if Patient Zero isn't selected to implement).
- The Company has upper level executive support to deliver the Discovery.
- Patient Zero feels, based on it's skills and track record, it can identify a solution and could deliver the Project.
The shortlisted Entrants will be contacted within 10 business days after the Conference end date, to understand further the details of the Project, and why it adds value to their Company. An NDA may be requested by either Patient Zero or the Company.
Patient Zero reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that does not meet the criteria, or entries which are believed to be fraudulent.
The best three (3) entries will win the prize based on how they respond to the Criteria, as determined by the judging panel. The Company that the Entrant entered on behalf of, will be deemed the prize recipient. Patient Zero will extend an offer to enter a free Discovery process to the Company, which is to be used with 6 months of offer.
The Company can choose to decline the prize, and if so, Patient Zero may choose to re-issue the prize based off the shortlist. If there are no Entrants meeting the criteria, then no prizes may be awarded.
Nerf Gun Shooting Range - Terms & Conditions
Entry
To enter, eligible Entrants must scan the QR code located on the Leaderboard (visual display of the scores) and submit their details.
Multiple entries per person are permitted.
The entrant will attempt to achieve the highest score in the Nerf Gun Shooting Range game by using a Nerf Gun and knocking down the targets. The targets point value will be added up and calculated based on the posted values per target. The score will be recorded by a Patient Zero staff member within the Leaderboard.
Prize
Patient Zero will hand select a wine, based on your preference of wine variety. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The total prize pool is valued up to the limit specified above. The total prize value will depend on the type of wine selected, availability in store, and retail cost of the wine.
Winner Selection
The winner is determined by the entrant with the highest score on the Leaderboard at the Draw Date. Scores are calculated by a count of all the targets that are knocked down in one round.
In the event of a tie, entrants must return to the booth to have a rematch where the highest score will determine the winner. If no entrants can make it back to the booth, we will determine a winner.
The winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
