My Services, My Way is a single unified portal for all interactions with Queensland Government services. It provides a secure, shared framework where departments and agencies can design, integrate, and publish their own services.

Patient Zero has partnered with the Queensland Government to co-design, build, and extend the platform.

An immersive augmented reality mobile app, educating visitors and preserving First Nations story telling.

Using image recognition, visitors scan artworks, launching interactive experiences where artists narrate the history, culture, truth, and story telling behind artworks. The app provides points of interest to explain how the colours, shapes, and objects relate to and convey the stories.

Through deploying multiple teams, Patient Zero helped CitrusAd to rapidly scale-up from delivering one feature and product at a time, to delivering eight product lines concurrently across multiple development teams. 

NTI identified an opportunity to launch a new line of business, however the opportunity required immediate focus and an aggressive deadline. While NTI knew they had the skills, they didn't have the bandwidth to take on the additional work in parallel.

By collaborating with Patient Zero, NTI introduced latest insurance offering as scheduled, completing the task within a span of 6 months.

Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) wanted to digitise and automate the process for identifying and responding to the educational needs of students with disabilities. They were looking to improve the usability and features of their current solution which was outdated, manual and time consuming. 

The goal was to transform it into a digital solution to improve student learning outcomes. By partnering with Patient Zero they have been able to achieve significant results.

The J-Weigh product measures the volume and type of waste from shopping centre tenants in order to increase awareness of general waste and lagging sustainability practices.
